Instant Flex

AquaFunded Instant Flex gives traders immediate access to a funded account without completing an evaluation.

The model is designed for traders looking for more flexibility, with no consistency rule and clear risk management requirements.

Instant Flex Model

Instant Flex allows you to start directly from the funded stage.

There is no evaluation phase and no consistency rule.

Account sizes are available from $5,000 up to $100,000.

Account Violations (Hard Breach)

All Instant funding Models have trailing drawdown.

A hard breach occurs when a trader exceeds one of the account's maximum risk limits.

A hard breach results in the immediate closure of the funded account.

Max Daily Drawdown – 2%

  • What is it?

The maximum daily loss limit is 2%.

  • How is it calculated?
The daily drawdown is calculated daily at 00:00 UTC based on your account balance or equity. Your equity must not drop by more than 2% in a single trading day.

Example:

For a $100,000 account, the daily drawdown limit is $2,000. If your account balance or equity drops below $98,000, you will exceed your daily loss limit.

Max Total Drawdown – 4% (Trailing)

What is it?
The maximum total drawdown is 4% below the highest equity reached on your account.

This is a trailing drawdown, meaning the drawdown limit moves upward whenever your account reaches a new equity high. It will not move back down if your equity later decreases.

How is it calculated?

The drawdown limit is calculated using your highest recorded equity, including both closed and floating PnL.

If your equity reaches a new high, the drawdown limit will move up and remain 4% below that highest equity level.

Example:

For a $100,000 account:

  • If your equity reaches $105,000, your trailing drawdown limit becomes $100,800.

  • If your equity later drops to $103,000, the drawdown limit remains at $100,800.

  • The drawdown limit will only move again if your equity reaches a new high above $105,000.

Your trailing drawdown is therefore based on the highest equity reached, not your closed account balance.

No Consistency Rule

Instant Flex has no consistency rule.

There is no requirement for your highest profitable trading day to represent a certain percentage of your overall profits.

Traders may trade according to their own strategy, provided all other account and reward requirements are followed.

Maximum Loss Per Trade Policy

Instant Flex has a maximum floating loss limit of 1% of the initial account balance.

Your combined floating PnL across all open positions must not reach a loss of 1% or more of the initial account balance.

Example:

For a $100,000 account, the maximum permitted floating loss is $1,000.

If the combined floating PnL across all open positions reaches -$1,000, the account will be permanently breached.

This applies to the combined floating loss across the account, not individually to each open trade.

Consequences for exceeding the limit:

  • Immediate and permanent closure of the account.

  • No further trading activity will be permitted on the breached account.

Profit Cap

Instant Flex has a 5% profit cap based on the initial account balance.

This means the maximum profit that can be withdrawn during a reward cycle is 5% of the initial account balance.

Example:

For a $100,000 account, the profit cap is $5,000.

If the trader generates more than $5,000 in profit, they may still only withdraw up to $5,000 for that reward cycle.

Any profit above the 5% cap will be deducted from the account balance once the reward is processed.

The 5% profit cap applies to every reward cycle.

Rewards

Profit Split

Instant Flex traders receive a 90% profit split as standard.

Example:

If a trader requests a $5,000 reward, they will receive $4,500 based on the 90% profit split.

Reward Cycle

Instant Flex offers bi-weekly rewards.

Traders may request a reward every 14 days, provided all reward requirements have been completed.

Minimum Trading days

Instant Flex requires a minimum of 7 qualifying trading days before becoming eligible for a reward.

To count as a qualifying trading day, the trader must achieve at least 0.5% profit based on the initial account balance during that trading day.

The 7 qualifying trading days do not need to be consecutive.

Example:

On a $100,000 account, a qualifying trading day requires at least $500 in profit.

Once 7 qualifying trading days have been completed and all other reward requirements have been satisfied, the trader may become eligible to request a reward.

Leverage

The account leverage is the ratio of a trader’s capital to the size of positions they can control.
